Community Organisation:

10 village Development communities & 10 self help groups(SHG) are formed in 20 villages those are continuously being strengthened to manage the locally available resource with various skill trainings. 10 SHG groups are successfully linked with bank for further loan and their sustainability. Now the SHGs are aware of social evils, health awareness, HIV AIDS, female infanticide, child rights, women rights etc. And as a result the groups are developing self-confidence. Bethel Association is continuously working for their self-development in the area.
